Albany, GA – MacGregor Golf announced today the introduction of the new V-FOIL GT MOI Putter Series designed by Bobby Grace. The new GT putter design offers exceptionally high MOI plus enhanced visual alignment technology. These new features enhance golfers' performance with unmatched forgiveness and straighter putts, even on extreme toe or heel shots.

"The holes in the frame not only distribute the weight deep for a higher MOI but also aid in aligning the putter. When the putter is correctly aligned at address, the holes in the center are not visible to the eye."

The GT putters combine patented MacGregor V-FOIL technology with an exceptionally high MOI design. Precision-milled holes in the putter frame and 150 grams of strategically placed copper weight screws maximize MOI and stability on off-center hits. The deep center of gravity lines up directly with the ball for incredibly solid feel.

The GT putters also feature enhanced visual alignment aids. A Tour center shaft with a slight off-center placement and custom bend improves optics and forward hand position at address. A dual silver band and bold guide make lining up a putt easier than ever.

The GT putters include three models designed using patented MacGregor tri-plane sole technology: M5K, M6.4K and M7.5K. All models are 100% milled for precision and perfect balance with a soft milled beryllium-copper annealed face insert for maximum feel and feedback. The M5K and 6.4K are available in right-handed, Tour center and heel shafts and left-handed, Tour center shaft. The M7.5K is available in right-handed, Tour center shaft.

GT putters are now shipping to leading off-course retailers and green grass pro shops with a suggested retail price of $229.99. Custom aluminum, copper tungsten and tungsten screw weights with a weight removal tool will be available in October for an additional $49.99.

GT putters are in play on the PGA Tour. The first top 10 finish for the M5K-GT putter came at the 2004 Deutsche Bank Championship.
