Focus Golf Systems Inc., the exclusive
licensee for Dunlop Golf, will introduce the new LoCo® Dart ball, and new LoCo® and
RedNeck® clubs, at the 2005 PGA Merchandise Show January 27-30, 2005 at the Orange
County Convention Center in Orlando.
Make plans to visit Dunlop and see all of its new golf equipment for 2005 at Booth #3519.
“We’re coming off of a fantastic year in which we were able to nearly double our share of the
golf ball market and register significant growth throughout all our sales channels,” said David
Villarreal, vice president of marketing and product development for Focus Golf Systems Inc.
“With all of the exciting new product that we will be presenting at this year’s show, and with
John Daly representing the Dunlop brand on the PGA Tour once again, we think 2005 is
going to be an even better year for Dunlop.”
With the introduction of the LoCo® Dart, which stands for Distance-Accuracy-Response-
Technology, Dunlop builds on its reputation for providing sophisticated ball technology at a price that can’t be beat. The Dart, a three-piece ball with Surlyn cover, HPF mantle and 442-
dimple pattern, offers improved driving performance for the lower swing-speed player and
better feel around the green. With an MSRP of $20, the Dart sets itself apart from a plethora
of two-piece balls at this price point.
Among the other new products that Dunlop plans to debut at this year’s 2005 PGA Show:
• RedNeck® Belly putter which features a patented, award-winning technology, that
provides a “silky feel and enhanced forgiveness” with each putt.
• LoCo® “Crazy Straight” putter is of a CNC-milled aluminum construction. Precision
balancing and an oversized head provide a soft touch and feel.
• Sen orita LoCo® – a ball that will find fans among all players, including women as
well as men and juniors.
• New LoCo® Jr. clubs and accessories, expanding the hottest-selling line of junior
equipment on the market today.
• T-Line drivers, irons and putters – the rebirth of an old, trusted brand and the return
to market of offset metal woods, irons and putters that were once regarded as the
original alignment clubs.
Visitors to the 2005 PGA Show in Orlando, FL. should visit the Demo Day scheduled for
Wednesday, January 26, at the Orange County National Golf Center & Lodge. Dunlop will
feature several new clubs for Demo Day attendees to hit alongside Dunlop’s special guest,
current American long-drive record-holder Sean “The Beast” Fister.
During the show itself, visitors to Dunlop’s booth will also get at an up-close look at the
championship trophy John Daly won at the 2004 Buick Invitational en route to becoming the
PGA Tour Comeback Player of the Year. Daly won the Buick the week he started using the
Dunlop LoCo® Pro ball and Dunlop’s award-winning RedNeck® putter. In addition, Sean
Fister will be on hand for an autograph session at the Dunlop booth Thursday, January 27,
from 2-3 p.m.
