Cingular Wireless is giving golf fanatics a whole new reason to pull out their wireless handset and follow the 70th Masters Tournament if they can't get to a television. Cingular customers can get the latest scores, updates, trivia and polls on their handset through an arrangement with the Masters Tournament.

How: Cingular golf fans need only to text the word "Golf" to 4884. This will give them access to trivia and polling questions leading up to the 2006 Masters Tournament, the most storied tournament in professional golf. Cingular is also offering leader board updates from the first round all the way through the thrilling Sunday conclusion. Round summaries and statistical leader information will also be available each day. Standard text messaging fees apply.

Where: The service is available to Cingular customers. The service will be available during the entire 2006 Masters Tournament, ensuring fans will never miss a shot of the action.

When: Available immediately to Cingular Wireless customers by texting the word "Golf" to 4884.
