MAXFLI Begins Shipping A10 Tour Limited Irons

Maxfli Golf has began shipping the company’s new irons, the A10 Tour Limited Irons, and anticipates the new line will be available to consumers nationwide as of the end of April.

The A10 irons offer golfers the benefits and consistency of a cast club with the feel of a forged club. For additional forgiveness, the low irons 2-6 are cavity-backed, perimeter-weighted and offset. The A10 7-iron is a blend of cavity-backed and blade, while 8-PW are full blades.

“We’ve noticed a trend among Tour professionals and excellent amateur golfers that involves mixing a set of blades with cavity-backed clubs to gain optimum feel and performance. With the A10 irons, you don’t have to buy two sets of clubs and mix them to play forgiving, cavity-backed low irons or have the shot-making precision of forged blades in the short irons,” said Dan Murphy, Director of Accessories & Marketing Services for Maxfli Golf. “With our clubs, you get the best of both worlds.”

The A10 Irons combine the best elements of the Revolution, Revolution Midsize and Australian Blade irons and feature patented Maxfli multilayer technology, giving these solid clubs the softest feel in golf.

The A10 Irons have a MSRP of $599.00 per set. Sand wedge is also available.

* The new A10 Irons have an average 73% thicker face for a more solid feel than average irons. The face thickness averages 0.218², or 5.5 mm, versus 0.126², or 3.2 mm, on the current Maxfli Revolution. The A10 Irons also reduce the offset flow from 4.5 mm on the 2 iron, to 2.0 mm on the 7 iron, and 1.75 mm on the 8 iron through the sand wedge.
