MacGregor Golf tour professional Spencer Levin of Elk Grove, CA continues his streak of top five finishes on the Canadian Tour as he delivered a much anticipated victory this past weekend at the Iberostar Riviera Maya Open in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Levin began the day 1 stroke behind two time Canadian Tour Champion Derek Gillespie , but closed with a 7 under par 65, including a back nine 30, to win by one, with a total score of -21, 267 (67-66-69-65). Using MacGregor's MACTEC M685 Forged Cavity Back irons, Levin played a tremendous fourth round, posting five birdies and an eagle. His final birdie was a pressure packed 20-footer on the final hole to assure the one-shot victory. Spencer has placed in the top four in all four events that he's played on the Canadian Tour, opening his season with a playoff at the San Jose International Open, then finishing 3rd and 4th in the next two tournaments.
