adidas Helps Make Sure Golfers Look Good in All Weather

In a recent press release, adidas announced their ClimaCool®, ClimaLite® and ClimaProof® Apparel will be Tested on a 31-Day Southern Hemisphere Leg that includes Bolivia, Argentina, South Africa, Australia and U.S. Stops. adidas has a great line of apparel and strives to test to make sure their clothes standup to all conditions.
Hot or cold, wet or dry, adidas is going to test several new golf apparel to see how they stand up to the toughest conditions. Two lucky golfers will be globetrotting in the "Wear In The World" golf adventure. The golf trip will lead to some of the world's most extreme golf courses to test apparel featuring ClimaCool®, powered by COOLMAX EXTREME, ClimaLite® and ClimaProof®. Canadian Lindsay Knowlton (handicap of 3) and American Josh Sullivan (handicap of 1) will play the most extreme courses in Death Valley, United States; Bolivia; Argentina; South Africa and Australia. Throughout their journey, Knowlton and Sullivan will play with local golfers and PGA Professionals, Andres Romero and Nathan Green. In addition to golf adventures, Knowlton and Sullvian will teach golf to aborigines in Australia, go cage diving with sharks in South Africa, mountain bike in Bolivia, and experience take part in local traditions, food, and cultures.
Facebook and adidasgolf.com will help document the duo's adventures. Knowlton and Sullivan will provide daily updates through videos, tweets, or blogs.

Knowlton's and Sullivan's adventure begins Thursday, November 19th in Carlsbad, California at the TaylorMade adidas Golf Headquarters. The launch will include shots of the golfers hitting a "Ceremonial Tandem First Drive" and interviews with Sullivan, Knowlton and adidas Golf executives.

The Southern Hemisphere journey will take Knowlton and Sullivan to the following exotic destinations in order as listed below:
Furnace Creek, CA. USA – The world's lowest-elevation golf course at 214 ft below sea level, where they will wear ClimaCool® apparel
LaPaz Golf Club, Bolivia – The world's highest-elevation golf course at 10,800 ft above sea level, where they will wear ClimaCool®, ClimaLite® and FORMOTION® apparel
Ushuaia, Argentina – The world's southern-most 18-hole golf course, where they will be wearing ClimaCool®, ClimaLite® and FORMOTION® apparel
Walker Bay Golf Resort, South Africa – Africa's southern-most golf course, where they will be wearing ClimaProof® and ClimaLite® apparel
Alice Springs, Australia – The world's hottest golf course with temperatures in excess of 122 degrees, where they will be wearing ClimaCool® and FORMOTION® apparel
