AccuFLEX Elite Long Drive Team Member Dan Boever Hits Hole-In-One at 349-Yard 18th Hole at Kemper Lakes GC in Illinois!

AccuFLEX Golf Elite Long Drive Team member Dan Boever, who has been featured in national television ads as a member of the Pinnacle Long Drive Challenge Team, used an AccuFLEX PRO LD 50" shaft while scoring an amazing hole-in-one at the 349-yard 18th hole at the prestigious Kemper Lakes GC in Illinois. Dan cut down the PRO LD and placed it in a nine-degree COBRA 427 driver with a playing length of 49", which was the combination that helped him score this "amazing ace". The hole-in-one was witnessed by at least eight golfers who were in attendance at a local charity event benefiting Multiple Sclerosis. Ten minutes later, on the par-three 17th, another player scored a hole-in-one and was awarded a Porsche on the spot.

"What an amazing feeling it was to be standing on the tee with 8 guys watching me hit a hole-in-one on a 349-yard hole" Boever commented. "I plan to appeal the awarding of the Porsche for that short hole-in-one after mine. Seriously, the electricity surrounding the day was a great thing to be a part of. What a thrill!"

Dan Boever becomes the second AccuFLEX Elite Team member in a little over a month to score a hole-in-one on a par four with a PRO LD shaft in his driver. In early June, Ryan Gearhart used a PRO LD for a hole-in-one on a 412-yard hole during the Pro-Am of the Boston Long Drivers of America (LDA) Tour event.
