"The Blonde Bomber" Lee Brandon Wins 2003 Pinnacle LDA Tour Event At Haggin Oaks Golf Club in Sacramento and Rises To On # 1 Money Leader List Press Release
AccuFLEX Golf Elite Long Drive Team competitor Lee "The Blonde Bomber" Brandon won last weekend's Pinnacle LDA Tour event in Sacramento, the first stop on the Tour's late season west coast swing. The
victory was Lady Lee's second win on this year's long drive circuit and vaulted
her into first place on the LDA Tour's 2003 Money Leader List. Brandon, who
hits the AccuFLEX PRO LD 50-inch long drive shaft, will head into this weekend's
event in San Bernadino, California as a definite favorite to win again and
secure the 2003 LDA Money List title. Lee Brandon won the 2001 ReMax World Long
Drive Championship and will again be in Mesquite, Nevada come October where
she will be vying for another world crown.
"I won my first title in 2001 on raw strength and power," Brandon, a strength
and conditioning expert, stated. "Last year I learned more about the golf
swing and I think that making the effort to do so has been a big help in my being
more consistent this season. I am absolutely locked in with my PRO LD shaft
and I have more confidence when I step up on the tee to hit than I ever have
had. Even my mis-hits really fly and that's a great feeling."
The PRO LD is the winningest shaft in LDA Tour history and has been used to
win LDA Tour events in the Men's Open, Men's Senior and Women's Open divisions.
