AccuFLEX Golf Shafts Earn Three Top Tens At Price Cutter Championship PGA Press Release
AccuFLEX Golf shafts earned three "top ten"
finishes at last weekend's PGA Nationwide Tour stop. The Price Cutter
Championship, held Highland Springs Country Club in Springfield, Missouri, yielded the
most top ten finishes on the Nationwide Tour in one weekend for AccuFLEX Golf,
the Tour's fastest rising shaft company. With earlier wins on the PGA,
Champions and Nationwide Tour and with its first major championship win at the 2003
Senior British Open, AccuFLEX is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with
at every level of PGA tournament play. 2003 Nationwide Tour Driving Distance
Leader Victor Schwamkrug did not compete last week but should be putting his
AccuFLEX ASSASSIN 2 Long Drive shaft into play at this weekend's Nationwide Tour
event, the Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open. Despite not playing this
week, Schwamkrug did not lose any ground on his Nationwide Tour Driving Distance
average lead of 23.9 yards. While using his AccuFLEX shaft to record an
astounding 336.1 yard driving distance average, Victor Schwamkrug has clearly
established himself as the longest hitter on any PGA Tour.
