Press Release

Gastonia, NC, May 6, 2004 -- AccuFLEX Golf's ICON shaft maintained its PGA
Nationwide Tour driving distance average and total driving statistical
categories lead through last weekend's BMW Charity Pro-Am event in Greenville, South
Carolina. Andrew Morse is currently averaging 314.6 yards per drive with the
AccuFLEX ICON in his driver. Morse is also in first place in the Nationwide
Tour's total driving category, which combines the driving distance and fairways hit statistics. AccuFLEX Tour Staff member Victor Schwamkrug, who set the record for longest driving distance average ever on any PGA Tour on the Nationwide
with an AccuFLEX shaft in 2003 and who has yet to tee it up out on the
Nationwide in 2004, will be in the field at this week's Nationwide Tour event, the 2004
Chattanooga Classic. Schwamkrug did play at the 2004 Shell Houston Open where
he hit a 429-yard bomb with his AccuFLEX VS 339-shafted driver. The drive set
up an eagle for Schwamkrug and was the longest drive ever hit in the history of that tournament.
"We are very proud that we have maintained our driving distance and total
driving categories lead through the weekend," AccuFLEX president Jody Baucom
began. "I am really excited that Victor will be teeing it up this weekend in
Chattanooga with our new VS 339 shaft. I'll be out there during the practice rounds
to help the tour players but I hear that Victor is absolutely crushing the
ball and that he has really improved his short game and wedge play. Best of luck
to all the guys out there and congratulations to Andy Morse for carrying the torch with our ICON."
