ORANGE COUNTY, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/01/2004 -- Element 21 Golf Company, formerly BRL Holdings, Inc., (OTC BB: BRLN) is in the business of manufacturing scandium golf products including golf shafts. Element 21 Golf Company announced today that it has completed the production of a fully conforming 5 iron designed to utilize all of the advantages of a scandium shaft. Several hundred of the 5 iron test clubs will be shipped for testing to Original Equipment Manufacturers and Professional Club Builders around the world. A limited number of the brand new 5 iron test clubs will be available to the public. A full set of scandium irons should be available by October 2004. Independent tests confirm that the scandium clubs outperform titanium, steel and graphite by a large margin in areas of playability, accuracy and distance.

The company is testing certain benefits of scandium on the health of joints in the hands, elbows and back, as scandium clubs have shown remarkable improvement in reducing damaging shock to the body produced, and compounded over time, by playing with steel and titanium golf clubs.
