It was nice to see Ricky Fowler win his fourth tour event this Sunday. This is the forst time he has hae the lead going into Sunday that he held on to will. In the past when he has had the lead he has NOT been able to finish off the event with a win or even a good round on Sunday. This time he ended the day with a one OVER par round, which was NOT a good round for Ricky, but at least it was good enough to hold onto the lead and win by 4 strokes. He was at 14 under going to hole 17 when he hit his tee shot on a 172 yard Par 3 into the water. He managed to play a good third shot from the droop zone before making a putt fur bogey, so it could have been worse. Then his third shot on the Par 5 18th went into the bunker left of the green and he got out onto the green but strock his first putt short and 2 putteed for anlother bogey to finish his round at one over. As luck would have it, his closest competitor did the same thing and bogied the last two holes, so his win was not in danger too much at the end.
