Ok, so this is technically a Par 3 course but it's not a very long one. The longest hole is like 90 yards. The greens are shaped like potato chips with no flat lies. there is some sand but no water. The club house has a driving range and rents clubs and carts (yes carts for a very short Par3). It's about $8 on weekends and $5 during the week. not a bad place to practice wedges but not worth much else.
