The layout of the course is flat but well landscaped. Several holes have a creek which bisects the fairway, so knowing distances for carry or layup are important. Greens are fairly fast, many have interesting undulations which can be challenging. Tee boxes not well maintained, but fairways are good. Staff was friendly at check in, no starter or rangers on the course on a week day, so pace of play will vary. Green to tee distances reasonable, a good course to walk. Very playable for the average player.
