This is a fairly easy course that plays short and tight. The course is located right in the middle of a terrible neiborhood and I suspect this a a major reason why its usually empty on a weekday. I fell in love with the course because the conditions are respectable and even if you're walking and shooting poorly a full round will take only three and a half hours. If you and your playing partners are shooting well it could take even less time. My favorite hole would have to be number 10. Its a short par 5 that requires strategy to make a par or birdie.
