When the bottom fell out of the real estate market and the rest of the economy followed suit, it meant the end of the line for Totteridge Golf Club and a great opportunity for golfers willing to spend $65 to play a top-of-the-line Rees Jones layout. It's now semi-private and will provide you plenty of thrills and spills as well as some spectacular scenery. Great conditioning, greens that are hard and fast are staples of Totteridge.

Course was in fabulous shape, greens true and fast, maybe best in pittsburgh area. $65 is a bargain for this course, a true golfers course. However, lets talk the downside. Not a single towel on the ball washers, not a drop of water on the course and the beverage cart hit our group once on a 90 degree day. No starter, fine with me, but who's keeping order on the 1st tee when its busy. $3 for a bottle of gatorade. I understand this is supposed to be a golfers course, and it is, but some minimal amenities wouldn't hurt.
