This is my favorite of the two Penn State courses. The White course was the first Penn State course I ever played. During high school, it was the site of the State High School Championship. The White Course has the original holes of the first Penn State Course. That was when the pro shop was housed in Rec Hall. The White Course does not get the recogition that the Blue Course does and maybe not as good treatment. Sometimes the White Course is put on the back burner so the Blue Course is taken care of. However, you should get out and play this course. The par 3s are some of the best you will ever play. Also, hole 12 goes right along Atherton Avenue and you get some great views of campus. It is a special course that is pretty much right in the middle of campus.
