Details: I had Warbirds with both yellow and black lettering. I don't know if that's a model change or just a small cosmetic thing. Just throwing that out there.
Purchase: I bought some online for about $15. Then my girlfriend's father gave me some logos that he had gotten at a convention. All were brand new and none were overruns. Pros: Dead straight ball flight. I'm talking 20+ mph winds and this thing flies straight. When I'm hitting in serious winds, this is the ball that I reach for because I know it will still go where I want it to. Cons: The durability is a slight issue. You also can't spin this ball very well. It kinda feels like hitting a rock on my approach shots sometimes. Quality: The cover isn't as durable as I would hope. If I hit down on the ball and try to give it spin it's almost sure to cut. If I'm not trying to work it that much, one of these can last for a round.
Review Summary: Great ball if you need it to go straight, but not very workable on close shots.

Purchase: I got a box of these at a local Dicks Sporting Goods for $14.99
Pros: This ball is the best that I have hit. I usually use a Top-Flite XL3000 Super Feel, but now I think I will stick with these. The Warbird is longer by far than the Top-Flite is, and if just as soft. I am hitting the ball 250 down the middle of the fairway, as compared to around 230 with the Top-Flites. They also hold the greens well. Sure, I dont spin them back, but I usually never do anyways, so they work just fine. Cons: Nothing really ro dislike about these yet. Although one of the balls I bought had "Big Bertha" stamped on the side in yellow instead of "Warbird"..... Quality: Overall the construction seems pretty good, after a full round with one ball I noticed a small scuff or two, and some paint starting to peel, but nothing too severe.
Review Summary: The bottom line is, if you are looking for a good ball for a low price, the Warbord is the way to go.

Purchase: My brother and I found 2 Warbirds at our local course about a month or so ago, so I paid nothing for them. Pros: I normally play the Pro V1. I felt like the Warbird performed remarkably like the Pro V1. I maintained the same distance and it had the same feel close to and on the green. I also felt it held up very well, in particularly after hitting the cart path. Cons: I couldn't find anything I didn't like about it, other than not knowing at the time where I could obtain some more when necessary. Quality: As mentioned above, I thought the construction and quality is substantially similar to the Pro V1, and both the Blue and Red dot Callaway balls.
Review Summary: My brother and I are firm believers that for most of the average golfers it is psyhological which ball they use. I have hit a wide variety of balls, and when my swing is sweet, I don't believe there is any significant difference in my scoring. I do feel there are a few balls that give me an overall feel for distance and control that, even if it is psychological, I prefer to use. The feel of the Warbird gave me that same comfort. Not having heard of them previously, I jokingly told my brother I could even beat him with a Warbird. I never lost to him with them. I now know who makes them, and will look for them at my local sporting goods store.

Purchase: i bought these at a sporting goods store for 15.99. Pros: this ball will go as far if not farther than any ball on the market and it has good short game control. Cons: after hole 4, the cover began to shread. Quality: its tough besides the cover.

Purchase: Paid 17.99 at local golf shop Pros: Nothing, other than cool name Cons: These balls are horrible. They scuff and cut, and play like a mediocre ball. I couldn't even get through one round with one. Quality: The worse thing is that even before hitting one I noticed several of the balls had noticeable lumpy seems, and bumps that were not dimples. Questionable manufacturing quality
Review Summary: I only played with 2 of these balls and now use the brand new balls for chipping practice in my shag bag.

Purchase: I got these balls at a local golf shop in Wilmington, NC for about $18. The guy in the shop stated that I should give these a shot. Pros: Quite honestly, I didn't like one thing about these balls. I didn't find them to be longer than anything else I have played before, and they definitely were not durable. Cons: After one shot with these balls I would notice that the cover was already cut. I had to scratch the little pieces hanging off these things just so I could putt without the ball waggling because the cover was coming off of them.
Quality: I think the quality of these balls is questionable. I would never buys these balls again no matter what I paid for them.
Review Summary: Bottom Line: Find a different ball to play with. Take it this way, Strata's covers hold up better and they are not known for being the most durable of balls. Get yourself some Topflites if you want to pay $18 for balls.

Purchase: I noticed a link to the Callaway site advertising these new Warbird golf balls. I checked out the site and it showed new distance golf balls from Callaway that are inexpensive and long. I was skeptical but I needed to get a new dozen of golf balls, so I decided to go buy these. I acquired them for $18.00 at my local driving range/pro shop. Pros: I use both the Callway HX blue and the Warbird balls. I find that the Warbird flies just as long (if not longer) than the HX. It also is very durable and does not scrath easily. After 9 holes, the same ball looked new. Cons: Obviously with a distance ball, feel will be sacrificed. This is true with the Warbird, but not as much as other distance balls I've used. The ball does not feel too bad around the greens (chipping), but it does not have great feel when putting. Quality: As described above, it is very durable and doesn't scratch easily.
Review Summary: This is by far the best golf ball you can find for this price range. It is long and durable. "This bird will fly"
