On 2008-01-23, annonymous rated this Cobra HS9 a 2...(8003)

Details: 10.5 degrees

Purchase: I had the Cobra Comp 454 which i really liked but the head cracked and I brought it back to Dicks. They sent it back to cobra to replace but, instead of sending me the 454 they sent me this one.
Pros: Looks good, feels good when you hit the sweet spot
Cons: The sweet spot is very small and it is not very forgiving
Quality: fair

Review Summary: I was very dissapointed when it did not preform like the 454. If your going to go with a club from 2007 i would definetly take the LD speed over the HS9.

Purchase: i aquired this club at a golf town in edmonton alberta for $500
Pros: what is not to like! it looks good, sounds good, and feels good. the cobra grips are so comfortable its like you are gripping a cloud, i couldnt believe it when i bought it. if you have been looking for a driver, but have not found one that is the total package then you ow it to yourself to try out one of these babies, they are awesome!
Cons: on off center hits the club rattles a little bit (but it does not efect performance) but if you hit it good you wont have a problem. but i find its better if i know if i am hitting it off center so i can correct my swing so i do not get into a bad habit.
Quality: cobra has been known to make a quality and long lasting product, and it is no different with the hs9!all of the driver is high end quality.

Review Summary: like i said before, if you are looking for a driver and have not found the right onr, you ow it to yourself to try it out.
