Purchase: Purchased on e-bay for $230. I had tried the Cleveland Launcher in 400 and 460 size and they did not compare to the R5. I bought the R5 because I have been using a TM540 for a couple of years and like the quality of TM. Also this club came with the Aldila NV shaft.
Pros: Very easy to hit with a consistent slight fade or draw. I am getting good distance and very good height (it is a 10.5degree).
Cons: Nothing
Quality: Typical Taylor Made good quality. The grip could be improved.

Review Summary: If you want a driver to provide consistent and long ball flight try the R5. As well, unlike the R7 you don't need to read a book to figure out how to use it.
