Purchase: After some internet research I went to Golfsmith and demo'd the club. After a bucket of balls I was sold. This kind of quality for $170 new is crazy. They only had about 12 or 13 Zevo's there, but after this kind of performance for the dollar they are going to have to stock up. A best buy in my eye.
Pros: You can tell that this thing means business by hitting your first ball. The sound alone is great. If you don't like attention than this club is not for you. It's a head turner. The balls rocketed off the tee from the get go. The pre-loaded technology has me sold, I have other drivers but this one is different. The ball literally shoots off the club face and takes off. Plus my drives were not eratic, they flew straight and true. Yardage was what I expected, between 275 and 300. With some practice balls behind me there is no reason why 300 would not be the norm.
Cons: There is not one thing that I do not like about the club. The club head size is rather large but managable and screams power. Every ball is hit with solid contact and it is very forgiving on a miss hit.
Quality: Fit and finish is great, the shaft is a work of art and the club face is very rigid and looks like it could take some abuse.

Review Summary: This is one that I would recommend to anyone looking to better there game with confidence and performance. From the time you put the tee in the ground to the time you pull the trigger you can't help but smile.

Purchase: I bought the Zevo Compressor 10.5 with Regular shaft off of EBay for $135. It was a demo club but looked almost brand new.
Pros: The Zevo Compressor is a forgiving club that higher handicappers like myself will appreciate. It is long even with an easy swing.
Cons: Although some have complained about how loud this club is, I don't find it objectional. It definitely makes a "thwangk" noise when you hit is solid.
Quality: The quality of construction is as good as anything else I've seen. The original shaft is slightly transparent black with the graphite cloth visible.

Review Summary: I have been using a Great Big Bertha II driver also with 10.5 degree loft and regular shaft. The Zevo is more forgiving with my swing than the GBBII and the distance might be slightly longer.

Purchase: Purchased at Play It Again Sports. After trade in I paid only $50.00. I think a new compressor is abou $180.00 at golfsmith.com
Pros: HUGE distance, nice feel, great accuracy, did I say LOOONNNG? Even at a 3/4 swing speed you will get nice distance out of this club.
Cons: Only thing I don't really care for is the sound (oddly enough) It sounds somthing like a bat hitting a softball. The factory Grip is OK but now great.
Quality: This club has a great overall quality. Regular fex graphite shaft, decent grips, T 400cc (i think) head.

Review Summary: For the price.. you CAN'T beat this club. PERIOD.
