Purchase: Purchased at a local golf supply store.
Pros: Revolver system is nice for quick club selection.
Cons: The three center holes, where you normally store your driver and fairway woods, caused groves in Ping graphite shafts. Upon inspection I found the plastic sleeves below the rubber top were causing the problem. I also have a problem with the putter becoming uncliped and falling when I hit a bump with the cart.
Quality: I feel the concept is great but the design lacks proper prior thought. Review Summary: I contacted Bag Boy about the problem of ruining my graphite shafts and they said they would replace the bag but they never would get back to me to let me know procedure.

Purchase: I bought this bag after returning an earlier model made by the same manufacturer because the Putter Sleeve kept coming loose.
Pros: This model includes "Grip-Lok" -- a great idea for keeping the clubs stationary in the bag. I like the amount of pockets, too. Weight is good, too. This model includes two Putter Sleeves -- put a Putter in one and your Pitching Wedge or Chipper in the other. I like the tuck-away strap pocket on the back. I love the overall club slot layout (an individual slot or tube for each club), and I never leave clubs on the course because I can see, instantly, if something is missing.
Cons: Lower Cooler Bag is removable. The system used to keep it in place does not work well when putting the entire unit into a car trunk. If you grab that Cooler Bag by mistake it pulls off at the bottom. A real irritant. As on most golf bags, it needs more Towel Hooks near the Front -- not on the sides. Some of the side pockets are very slim and mostly too tight to use for anything more than thin gloves. As on most bags, there is not quite enough room to fit your shoes into the bottom pocket -- it only needs a few more inches to accomplish this. Side gripper system to keep the bag from twisting is really too high for most cart straps -- needs to be lowered at least one inch (but these might work better on a pull cart).
Quality: Excellent construction for the most part. The top club organizer started losing the rubber grippers that snug-up the clubs, but Bag Boy instantly replaced it when I contacted them. They are an excellent, responsive company to deal with! Color retention has been excellent on both bags I've owned. Grip-Lok sleeves and system work flawlessly -- no tangled shafts, no damage to my clubs, no noise or clanging (even in the car!). Review Summary: Good-quality, nice-looking bag. Do not be fooled -- the Grip-Lock system has not done any damage to my grips after owning two models and using their bags for 2 years. The earlier design had a button-retention system for the outside Putter Sleeve that did not work well for me, but they have redesigned it on this version and it works fine. I really wish a bag company would use the public to test these designs thoroughly. I, myself, could come up with about 15 suggestions -- like more Towel Hooks near the Front. Don't hide zippers, etc.
