Details: Originally fitted with Aldila NV 70 in a stiff flex

Purchase: Purchased of Ebay for a rediculously low $90
Pros: I bought this club because I do not like the current fashion for large heads. The more compact head appeals to my visual sense.
Cons: The shaft. These aldila NVs just don't suit me
Quality: First rate quality of manufacture. A simple uncluttered crown. The dark grey head colour helps keep you focussed on the ball.

Review Summary: Another factor for me was the loft. I believed that 9.5 degress would help keep the ball down. I was surprised to find that it hit the ball higher than my Taylormade R5 Dual with 10.5 degrees of loft. My first action was to change the shaft. I fitted a Grafalloy Prolite 35 in a regular flex. The Prolite is by no means a 'cutting edge' shaft and has been in Grafalloys line up for a considerable time. However it is a mid to high kickpoint shaft that has lowered the trajectory quite considerably. Also the torque rating of 3.5 means that this club is now one of the straightest drivers I have ever used.
