Purchase: Purchase at Ebay store for $450 new in Box.
Pros: Thes clubs are a good compromise for Mid and low handicappers who can appreciate the feel of a forged club with a very traditional look and feel. These are ideal clubs for the 15 handicapper or better. The ball flight is true and the club does exactly what it is told....working the ball is very easy and predictable.
Cons: The thing that make these clubs good for the good golfer may be a negative for the weaker player. If your swing is not ideal and repeatable your weakness will be exagerated. I'm an 18 handicapper and truthly these clubs are a little less forgiving than I would like. I have been hitting The Hogan Edge GS (The best club ever made in my openion) for the last 10 yrs and was hoping this was the modern day equalivant. Its not, it is a more responsive less forgiving club. Not always ideal if you have a natural hook (My condition) or slice...it will be exagerated.
Quality: The construction is flawless. Pick one up and you just know this is a sweet feeling club. I am a fan of the Apex steel shaft and highly recommend them. The grips were too small for my liking and I just had them regripped and that helped tremondusly. One other thing....plan on buying the gap wedge. The E (PW) is VEREY strong at 46 degrees.

Review Summary: If your a good golfer looking to trade your blades in for a more forgiving club but still want a traditional set up...forged feel...and reliable workability. There is no better club on the market. If your a weekend hacker these clubs are not for you. Being a bi weekly semi-hacker I'm still trying to tame them....When playing well they are like a date with a beautiful woman. When playing poorly they are like a date with your sister...If anyone knows where I can get a set of New Edge GS Iron let me know
