Purchase: I nabbed these off ebay for 30 + 10 for shipping.
Pros: It's winter time in the Great Northwest -- so that means mud. Muddy mud. For forty bucks these sounded about right for me. I have another pair of Bite shoes I like, The runner, so that was a selling point. Bite makes pretty good shoes. Ver;y comfy, very waterproof, easy to put on.
Cons: They're a bit soft and wobbly, but because they're 'hi' that isn't necessarily a bad thing. You need unrestrained ankles to make a decent body turn during your swing. I'm guessing these are running a half size larger. With two pairs of socks, they're fine.
Quality: Bite makes good stuff.

Review Summary: Worth it because they're 'hi' and waterproof. I'm sure I'll be happy to put them away come spring -- but for now they're just what is needed.
