Purchase: Amazon.com $14.00. Wanted to get a reference guide for proper stretching technique to improve my flexibility for the upcoming season.
Pros: It is not complicated to follow, and the stretches are basic but effective. There are different sections for different parts of the body. Great for those times you go to the range and end up with that one tight muscle area. There is a "Golf" section to it. It just shows which stretches in the other areas of the book are of benefit to golfers and shows a quick pre-round warm up routine. I like that it takes into account that we all are of different flexibility levels, and shows different variations to perform the stretch if you can't do it the traditional way. My back was sore after going to the golf dome last weekend. I performed all of the stretches in the Back Stretches section, and I felt like I had taken a Valium I was so relaxed. Good stuff.
Cons: There are illustrations that were done many years ago and are cheesy looking, but they do show where to feel the stretch and proper form effectively.
Quality: Paperback. Would prefer a spiral bound to set it on the floor more easily. Not offered in spiral unfortunately.

Review Summary: Bob Anderson shows us how to stretch the right way. He errs to the side of caution so that you won't injure yourself. This is a book that takes a real-life perspective to stretching and puts it in a contex anyone can perform.
