On 2006-06-01, Robert rated this Brush T XL-T a 4...(7007)

Purchase: I found this product at Target for about 3.50
Pros: The XL-T is the largest variation of the Brush-T (yellow). It gives me the perfect height for my 460 oversized driver. I am able to get consistent shots off of it and I rarely hit the actual part of the tee. Even when striking the tee with a lot of force I didnt even put a dent in it. They are a great replacement for wood tees which I tended to break about everyone I hit. I guess my sweeping swing came in a little low, but these tees allowed me to keep my swing and lose all the broken tees.
Cons: The bristles that make up the brush on the tee are longer, and therefore seem to be more brittle. Compared to the orange version (oversized) the bristle lack a good balance between flexibility and firmness. I have trouble getting the bristles back into place after playing with a tee for a while. However they last for several full 18 hole games and it is a minor complaint.
Quality: It is a very solid product that will not break easily. You would have to have part of the plasitc sticking out of the ground and smash it with a direct hit to do any damage to it. Very solid.

Review Summary: If you are experiencing a large number of broken tees, then I would highly recommend this product. I didnt see any extra distance or improved aiming, it just allowed me to keep my natural swing and I didnt lose as many tees in the process.
