Purchase: I won a dozen of these for taking a survey.
Pros: These are VERY long. I would say about 10 yards longer than any ball I have played. They are durable, and do not scuff. Drives very straight and the HX dimples work well in the wind like the rest of Callaway's balls.
Cons: For a player who has their iron yardages determined, this ball will throw a monkey wrench into the cogs. It would take a while to get used to the extra distance. So if you are committed to sticking with ONLY this ball, go for it. Not much greenside spin to speak of, but it will hit and sit on approach shots if you play greens that are soft.
Quality: Tough as nails. Played 18 and it looks like it was never hit. That toughness comes at the cost of greenside spin.

Review Summary: Not the ball for me. It was actually too long. I air-mailed a few greens because of the added yardage. If I were to play them for a while, I could get used to them. I thought I would just use them for Fall golf in case some leaves ate them, but the added yardage is not helpful if you have your yardages set. If you need to pick up 10 yards instantly, however, this is your ball. I'm rating this ball a 3. Not because it is bad, but because for a lower handicap player, this ball will probably hurt more than help. If your goal is just to hit the ball a long way, then it would be a "5."
