Purchase: Been using the 04 titanium with lots of success, saw the 454 and luckily won it through a sales contest my company put on...paid nuthin...
Pros: First, this driver is beautiful to look at, sets up nice and square at address. Feels good through the back swing then BAM!!! Serious distance and accuracy with this club. I hit a couple off the inside and outside of the club face and was very pleased to stay within 10yds of the fairway...and when I hit the sweetspot...look out. Penetrating ball flight and great roll. Wonderful intro into the 450 market from Callaway
Cons: Don't like that I actually have to swing it. The Driver is so accurate I would just assume skip hitting it and start my next shot at least 250yds down the fairway...really nothing to dislike about this club
Quality: Construction is sweet. Simple and solid. The 04 titanium felt nice, but when you swing the 454 you feel the power of it. Great sound off the tee. Not the ping you usually hear, more like a thud, like hitting a 5 gallon bucket with a drum stick.

Review Summary: Bottom line, although this club was free to me, I would gladly put up the 300 bucks to purchase it if I wasn't so fortunate.
