Purchase: I purchased the driver from hutt valley golf center in wellington for $800 NZ on special down from $1200. The Previous driver that I had was a basic titanium head with a proforce 65 shaft in it.The club went well with a average driving distance of 260 meters (290 yards)but the head felt empty on impact and uncomfortable.So with these thoughts in mind I tested the taylormade 300 series and callaway hawkeye and of course the ERC2.The ERC2 had 10-15 metres on the drivers tested and 30 meters on my other driver. because I more often than not hit quite A high ball I went for the strong flex with A 8 degree loft.In saying that I hit my longest drive on our 14th hole at Te Marua golf course which is 478 meter long par 5.The drive was measured out at 345 meters leaving A 9 iron to the green.
Pros: Big sweet spot and with the strong flex it suits my swing to A tee.
Cons: When I get the direction wrong the ball either goes O.O.B or close to it due to the extra distance created.
Quality: Very solid looking with quality second to none

Review Summary: Overall this club is easily the best I have ever hit and would recommend it to anyone with some spare cash.
