Purchase: I bought the club from Nevada Bob's in London for I think it was 300. The reason was I had tried my Dad's Big Bertha 2, 9.0 driver with regular shaft and was very impressed. Thought the ERC 2 would be even longer and would take advantage of the 5 year legal period still to run in the UK.
Pros: Look is very nice and when you catch it out of the sweet spot, it goes very far.
Cons: I found it very difficult to get off the ground. I am a low single figure handicapper and although my normal ball flight is fairly low, it is not "Nick Price" low if you know what I mean. With this club I found myself having to keep my weight on my back foot to try and get more of a trajectory. Could be that the 9.0 degree was too low for me and that I should have tried a 10.0 degree but when I tried the 9.0 in the Big Bertha 2, it was perfect?
Quality: Quality is excellent all round.

Review Summary: Great club but make sure you have the right loft, don't go on your experience with other callaway products, this one is different. When you hit the sweetspot with the right power, it is gone, and I mean..."outta here!".

Purchase: Bought the driver through eBay at $320. Brought because of Calaway's reputation of user friendliness and the hype about how is is non-conforming.
Pros: This really does deliver what it says in the ad! The drives are a lot longer than my previous driver (Callaway Hawkeye). Makes a distinct ring of a forged head. It is also very forgiving. The club head, when compared to TaylorMade 360 is deeper in height but narrower in width which suits me quite well.
Cons: The zipper cover looks nice enough but not easy to put on or remove. It is a little bit to 'head-heavy' for my taste
Quality: Superb condtruction and quality.

Review Summary: There are a lot of other brands that make non-conform drivers but after trying a few including the Nike, TaylorMade and Dunlop, I find the ERC II to be the most forgiving and goes very very long.
