Purchase: by e-bay about $200
Pros: -Distance: My distance gets longer than previous one if I hit on sweet spot. I understand why USGA doesn't want to let them play with this. -Accuracy: As long as, I hit on the spot, it goes where I aim. -Feel: It's ok. It is not SO bad.
Cons: If you misshit a ball, it goes nowhere but somewhere you want to get it last. Too much blow! It easily goes up in air. Some players like it, but it is more than I expeceted.
Quality: It is beautiful club. Indeed, I like the design and sound. I hear the beautiful sound as I hit by sweet spot, but the terrible sound if I hit by not one.

Review Summary: It is a great club, over all.

Purchase: I was in the market for some new irons, and was test-hitting some Taylor Made 360s at my local municipal course's pro shop when I saw that the ERC II was on sale ($449). I'd heard about the COR effect and also seen the driver for $299 at other golf shops and wanted to give it shot. The pro shop matched the $299 price.
Pros: Keeps drives straighter and longer than any driver I've hit before. My typical slice at tee off is no longer in play. The ball travels and rolls further, too.
Cons: The club emits a very loud, very distinctive 'clanging' sound when striking the ball. The price is fairly steep, too, but if it helps my game it's worth it.
Quality: Good looking club, easy to address the ball and has a solid, easy-swinging feel. Construction seems topnotch.

Review Summary: All of my test hits landed at about the 175 to 200 yd range - even serious mishits still travelled straighter and rolled further than any driver I've hit before. After about 5 hits, I took a look at the club head and noticed that the pro shop had stuck a white sticker on the club face (so I could see if I hit the ball on the club's sweet spot). All 5 hits were outside the sweet spot, towards the heel of the club (longer shaft than what I'm accustomed to?). I adjusted my address and hit agian - I knew I hit closer to the sweet spot because the ball rocketed off the club and rolled into the driving range net 250 yds away. I was hooked.
