Details: 45.5' Fujikara shaft, 10* loft
Purchase: I don't actually own this yet. My cousin bought this driver, and has let me hit it. It hits extremely well, and I've decided when I upgrade my clubs, I will infact, buy the Hyper X. Pros: It feels solid, a little heavy, but I like that, it feels a lot better when I swing. It's also very forgiving, the most forgiving I've hit in my 2 years. Cons: I don't like the sound. This is pretty much nitpicking, but it's extremely loud. Quality: The unit is very good. It has a nice grip, the grip doesn't tear at your hands, nor does it feel too lose. I also like the head size, at a standard 460cc. Review Summary: This driver is very forgiving, which is what I need to keep my balls in the fairway, which is why this club made me want to buy it.

Details: 45.5' Fujikura Fit-On X Graphite shaft. Callaway Golf Universal New Dimension grip. Callaway's usual S2H2 hosel design. Titanum body, crown, and face. 460cc head size. Modified X-Sole design.
Purchase: Tried out this club at the Orange County Golf Show held at Roger Dunn Golf, in Santa Ana, CA. Since I only demo'ed this club, I didn't pay a thing. Pros: Weight of the club seems the same as the Callaway FT-5. Swinging the club is easy. The head feels heavy during the down swing. Maybe it's just the way I swing. The ball flies off the face with ease due to the titanium face. Contact with the ball is a little loud, similar to the FT-5. I don't know about distance because I was hitting in a net without any software simulations. Cons: For me, I didn't really like the swing weight of the club. I think it's because I'm just not used to this particular club. Quality: Quality of this club is top notch, as with any and all of Callaway products. Since this was a demo club, there were a few minor scratches on the underside of the club. Review Summary: Looks like a great club. Feels good once you get used to it. The club retails for around $300, so the investment isn't all that bad.
