Details: 3 Wood Uniflex Steel Shaft

Purchase: Paid $100 on Ebay after playing a few rounds with it at the golf course that I worked at. Loved the club and bought one the next week.
Pros: I like everything about this club. The club sets up well and has a large head for a 3 wood which I like at address. It is very forgiving and has good distance. For a forgiving club, it can also be worked right or left quite well. The steel shaft is very consistent but for more distance I might buy the same club but with graphite shaft. The steel head gives a very nice metallic ting on solid contact and really lets you know when you hit a good one.
Cons: It is very easy to leave a skymark on top of the club.
Quality: Very good quality typical of Callaway woods.

Review Summary: This is a great club and I have not found another fairway wood that I can hit better than this one. I am planning on replacing my warhead 7 wood with a Steelhead III 7 wood.

Purchase: I bought this club at a local pro shop in Rogers, Arkansas; I absolutely love the club (I paid about 180 for it). I bought this club because of the reputation of the manufacturer and the multitude of compliments on the club.
Pros: I find this club very forgiving and long. On miss-hits I still can find a wide fairway. When I am swinging good and can find the sweetspot, I can consistently drive the ball over 260 yards.
Cons: If there is one thing I don't like about this club is the ability to work the ball. The thin face on the club doesn't allow me to work the ball unless I come into it perfect. I like a club that you can work the ball with not a so perfect swing.
Quality: The construction of the club is top quality and I wouldn't pick many companies over Callaway.

Review Summary: Great club for anyone looking for a "hot" steel wood.
