On 2005-04-09, pgh golfer rated this Callaway 2002/2003 Big Bertha Graphite Irons Reg Flex a 5...(5346)

Purchase: Paid $396 plus $15 shipping(brand new) on ebay with "the golf habit). Retail price was $499.99 in sporting goods store.
Pros: I just got them and took them to driving range. This is absolete best of irons I ever hit or owned. Had trouble getting ball in air before. Not with these. Even on miss-hits the ball goes high. Since my handicap is around 23 I was supprised how forgiving these clubs are on miss-hits and when it is hit on sweet spot the ball really goes long and straight. I look forward to playing lots of rounds with these clubs.
Cons: Nothing. Some people may not like how high the ball goes but I would rather the ball go high than scream on the ground.
Quality: Excellant so far.

Review Summary: I would recommend these clubs to anyone looking for forgiving set of irons. I owned a set of top-flight magna's before and these are a tremendous improvement.
