Purchase: I am always looking for new technology that can improve my game. I was looking for a club that would improve my accuracy and the Fusion Iron definately fits the bill. I was firstt struck by the cosmedics/design of these clubs when I saw them on the Internet. I read several reviews that boasted the clubs accuracy. I found and purchase a set of pre-owned Fusion Irons from GolfSmith under $800 and they were in very good condition.
Pros: I was playing Nike Forged Blades which are great but my accuracy needs improvement. The Fusion Irons made a noticable improvement in my accuracy almost immediately. I definately believe that a club must fit your eye, which builds confidence, the Fusion Irons are georgous. I had never considered Callaway Irons prior to the Fusions. These irons are very forgiving and easy to get airborne. These qualities equate to soft landings on the greens. The Fusions, while in my opinion are not as long as the Nike or Cobra irons, they are most certainly designed to attack flagsticks. Since I have inherent distance these irons are boosting my confidence on approach shots.
Cons: The uniflex shafts are too whippy for my swing but I can tolerate the shafts because they compel me to keep an even tempo were I would normally try to muscle shots using other irons.
Quality: The astetics of the club and the weight provide a look and feel that make quality a tangable. These clubs are well built. I was a bit discouraged when I read that the backing on the club was plastic but any concerns were put to rest once I touched the club. The club is solid from heel to toe, top to bottom.

Review Summary: It's a shame that these clubs are priced so that only a few will be likely to enjoy the experience, but for those who can get their hands on a set, I'm sure they will not be so quick to put them down. I can't wait to play in the morning and it's suppose to be 35 degrees. The cold weather is no issue because these clubs are HOT!

Purchase: purchased clubs at Galaxy Golf and paid 566.00
Pros: consistent trajectory with an amazing feel
Cons: I purchased a pre-owned set because I would not pay 1000.00 for a new set.
Quality: I've only owned the clubs for a short period of time so I cannot comment on the quality of the irons.

Review Summary: I not would reccommend these clubs to my competitors since I want to keep my Fusions a secret.

Pros: These irons replaced my old X12 clubs. I liked my old clubs but these are 200% better.
