Purchase: My playing partner let me try his X-14's and I loved them. Bought a set of 4 thru PW graphite shaft - regular flex from Callaway Preowned- The set was selling for $359 but they were moved to their clearance center for $288! I snapped them up as all my friends said that was unbelievable price for graphite shafts!
Pros: This is my first set of graphite shafted irons. I like the lightweight feel and the X-14's are very easy to hit and also have a good look when addressing the ball. I quickly added the Approach (A) wedge, sand, and jsut got the lob so I have a complete matching set. (I don't use a 3 iron as I like my 7 wood!)
Cons: No dislikes! Clubs are shipped with brand new grips!
Quality: I purchased the "average" condition set and was pleasantly surprised as to the qulaity of the set I received. My friends said "if those are "average" I would like to see the "good" and "very good" rated ones.

Review Summary: I would highly recommend the X 14's to anyone looking to upgrade their irons sets as I recently did. They were Callaway's best selling irons ever and now that this model is a couple years old, you can get them at great value. Getting a set of Callaway graphite irons for under $400 is a great value and I feel I got a tremendous deal for $288.
