Purchase: I purchased this set of irons last May. A buddy of mine has the same set & let he let me try his irons at the driving range. I traded in my old set of Taylor Made irons & spent an extra $200.00 dollars for this set of irons.
Pros: I really enjoy the feel of this set of irons. It has improved my overall game. All of the irons in the set are easy to hit. I have greater distance with this set over all of the previous sets I have owned. I am a lot more accurate with these irons. I feel more in control of my game. I would highly recommend this set of irons for any golfer looking for improvement of their game. Around the greens, my short game has had the biggest improvement. These irons have helped me improve my game.
Cons: I overall have not found anything that I truly dislike with this set. The face of the clubs seem to be softer metal than that of my other sets I have owned. This is the fourth set of irons I have owned, my other sets have been Taylor Made irons and one set of Callaway X-12's.
Quality: I own the steel shaft model of X-14 irons. The shafts are very durable. The clubs are very balanced from heel to toe. The emblem is not a sticker like the set of X-12's I owned. Which improves the overall apperance of the club. The grips are standard Big Bertha grips & feel great.

Review Summary: I again highly recommend this set for the average golfer looking to shave extra strokes from there game. I have gone from shooting on average 85-90 to 78-85 since owning these clubs. I feel they have helped my game overall.
