Purchase: I traded in my X-14 Pros and asking price for the X-16 Pros was $699. It was at Pro Golf Discount in Simi Valley, Ca. I bought them because my swing speed had gone up and I wanted a stiffer shaft. I liked the X-14's so I got the X-16's (after trying them out) with the Tour Stiff shaft. I got $300 for my used clubs.
Pros: Very easy to hit with tons of power. Very long. Even the long irons are easily held straight. No ballooning on the shorter irons with lots of control. Good contact feels like butter and even the mishits go straight with only small loss of distance. Price is $100 cheaper than the equivalent X-14 Pros.
Cons: The wedges don't need the cavity back.
Quality: The fit and finish is the best I've seen. The straight-through hosel is made extremely well. Stainless Steel is very durable with weight matched Rifle Shafts. It doesn't get any better than this. Grips are superb.

Review Summary: Highly recommended for any level player. The minimal offset is good for the medium skilled player and above. The standard X-16's is easier for the beginner.
