Purchase: I purchased my new x-16's from Northway 8 Golf Center in Clifton Park New York for $899. I compared the Ping 13 to the Callaway x-16 before I made the purchase and, even though Pings have been my dream clubs for years, I absolutely loved the feel of the x-16's.
Pros: What I like about the x-16's is the way they have improved my consistency in the ball flight path. I was never able to make the same shot twice with my old clubs, but since I started using the x-16's my shots have gone farther and straighter in the direction I want the ball to go. I also like the feel when I know I hit the ball thin or fat; the ball seems unaffected by the imperfect strike.
Cons: I haven't found anything, yet, that I don't like about the clubs.
Quality: The quality of construction and engineering seems incredible.

Review Summary: The Callaway x-16 irons have given my game new life. They have improved my confidence in striking the ball. If I miss hit the ball and it goes off line, I know for sure that it was a serious miss hit, and not caused by any other factors.
