Purchase: I purchased my new 56* forged plus (RAW) wedge on eBay before it was available in stores for $90.00. I had the new Rifle spinner shaft (5.5) installed before I used it. My first Callaway 56* (regular) forged wedge I was having problems with miss hitting (small head).
Pros: This wedge is very easy to control. It goes thru the rough with out any problems. With the larger face then last years model, I rarely miss hit it. In the fairway under 100 yards, you can attack the pin. This wedge makes the Callaway HX Tour ball drop and stop. I have also spun the ball back up to 12 feet. Pretty cool for a 12 handicap. With the new grind, you will not need a lob wedge in your bag. It opens up pretty far for flop shots and is great in the bunkers.
Cons: Callaway should have the Rifle Spinner Shaft as an option.
Quality: The quality is great. Just what you would expect from Callaway

Review Summary: This is a great all around club. Great for pitches, flops and chip shots. It works for low shots and high shots. Either way, the ball will drop and stop or spin back. Make sure you add the Rifle Spinner Shaft!!
