Details: Standard R flex, 10.5 degrees, Fujikira shaft.
Purchase: Bought on-line through Golf Discount.com for 199.00 with head cover and free shipping. Had been using a generic driver I had bought used and needed to upgrade. Really liked the look and the sound of this club. Pros: From the very first drive, this club felt like 'the one'. Had to adjust to the closed face (easily done by grip change to open the face). After that, it was just grip it and rip it. Undoubtedly the best driver I have experienced and I tried a number of them in the equipment store cages. Drives have exactly the right launch angle which you can easily adjust by moving ball position forward or back a bit. Ball flies off the face with a satisfying sound and flies true. The club inspires so much confidence, even on slight mis-hits, that you can just relax and go for it. That relaxation and cofidence is very good for one's swing. Should also mention that the plain but attractive top plate is pleasing to the eye and acutally makes the head very easy to aim. Cons: Nothing to dislike. This club is priced very reasonably, has a great sound at impact, and actually allows even a mediocre golfer like myself to shape shots. Quality: No flaws, no garrishness. A solid construction, high-quality club. Review Summary: High-quality, reasonably priced, good looking driver. Easy to aim. Mild mis-hits find the fairway. Easily adjustible launch angle allows one to get under the wind if necessary and the angle of the face lends itself to shot-shaping. Impact sound is satisfying and this one goes deep.

Details: The Cleveland Hibore is NOT new technology. A company called Pro Swing/Trident has made this exact type of driver head for over 10 years. the only difference is the Pro Swing model was 17-4 steel, but it is exactly that same 'no crown' technology as the 'new' cleveland Hibore. I play a cleveland 460 driver and love it. But Cleveland, don't ruin your reputation by copying the technology of another company- Pro Swing/Trident Golf.
