Purchase: i bought this club whilst on holiday in new york, i decided to buy this club as it was a very cheap price compared to UK prices. it had just been released at the time and it seemed that cleveland were jumpin on the ERC bandwagon. however after being slightly weary of big headed "titanium trampoline" after having a bash with an ERC at a callaway demo day i was reluctant to try it. I did so anyway and was astonished at the feel compared to the clumsy ERC. This model has the regular launcher gold shaft.
Pros: i love the look of the launcher, it sets up nicely behind the ball and has a great feel when you strike the ball out of the middle. It goes a LONG way if you catch the sweet spot. even if you don't it still goes suprisingly straight and long, even on off centre hits. it also has a fantastic shaft as standard. the launcher gold shaft is actually made by fujikura and is of extremely high quality.
Cons: the price at its release date.
Quality: look after this club because it does mark easily. if looked after i do not see why it wouldnt do you proud for a number of years.

Review Summary: this club is great especially now prices have plumetted. this driver is amazing and is definately an ERC beater or infact any callaway beater. it is similar in distance and feel to the 975 j but has a slightly less responsive clubhead. if you want a new driver or just fancy a change, try this club and im aure most people will not be disapointed.
