Details: 9.5* Stiff Flex
Purchase: I paid $50 total with shipping for this off of Ebay from 3 Balls Golf. Great company, prompt service. I cracked my MacGregor V-Foil Tourney and decided it was a good reason (as if I needed one) to buy a new driver. Pros: I love that a square hit goes FAR. The stiff flex shaft feels great and helps the head keep square through impact. I'm still getting used to this driver but it gave me some great feedback on off center hits. The WINN grip is soft and tacky and feels great in my hand. Cons: Off center hits are, well, less than stellar BUT I found out what I've been doing wrong due to the club's feedback. The headcover is UGLY!!! I mean like, backed over by the hideous-bus type of ugly! Quality: Seems well made. It was used when I bought it and it feels very solid. Review Summary: This driver was a STEAL! $50 with S

Purchase: I bought this driver on ebay a few weeks ago for $100. I wanted to see if a new, bigger driver would outperform my old driver. Pros: This driver has a deep face and a huge sweet spot. It flies far and straight even on off-center hits. The regular flex Fujikura shaft and 9.5 degrees of loft help give me a good tradjectory. This club is very lightweight and has a solid feel and great workability for better players. The launcher is a very appropriate name for this club as I am now busting it 20-50 yards further than I did with my old driver. Cons: If you purchase the launcher with one of the higher lofts, the face is slightly closed at adress. This really bugs me when I look at it so I bought one with a lower loft. this driver comes with a 45'' shaft which I think is a little bit too long. Quality: I've only used this driver for a couple of weeks, so I haven't had time to see any problems. I really like that it is very lightweight and I think that gives it a good feel. Review Summary: I would really recomend buying this driver if you have a low handicap and are looking for something with workability. Purchase: I have been using the Steelhead driver, which I like very much. I was playing with a guy who had the ERC. His drives were going 50+ yards past mine every time he used it. I figured there is something to these titanium drivers. I tried Callaway BB II, Wilson Deep Red, Ping, and Titleist at demo days at my club. I liked them all, but the Deep Red was by far the longest and easiest to hit. I was about to get the Deep Red, but a buddy told me to try the Cleveland Launcher first (my club doesn't carry them in the pro shop). I went to Golf Galaxy to swing it on their simulator. I didn't even wait to use it on the course. I bought it at Golf Galaxy for $181.10 out the door (now they are on clearance there for $99). It is by far the best driver I have ever swung. I got the 10.5* loft with a stiff shaft. The trajectory is high and the distance is more than I have ever gotten with any other club. I am not going to even try the 400 or 440 because the 330 works just fine. Pros: Great feel and workability. Excellent results. Cons: I have not found anything to dislike about it. Quality: The club is classic and attractive in appearance. The quality is outstanding. I'm sure with most of the top brands, the quality is excellent. Review Summary: The Launcher 330 is an outstanding value and a pleasure to have in the bag. I would recommend this club to anyone considering a new driver. I am going to look into the possibilty of Launcher fairway woods (5 and 7). I have Cleveland wedges, and love those, also. On 2003-09-29, Ashok Singh rated this Cleveland Launcher 330 a 5...(2419)
Purchase: I bought this off the internet from one of the sites listed at Yahoo for US $ 179.00 plus shipping about 3 months ago. Since, I live in India I had this shipped to my brother-in-law in Houston. He brought it to India. I have been looking for a driver to replace the old Callaway Big Bertha driver which I have had for over 5 years. I checked out the Taylor Made 320, ERC-II and others. Liked this best. Pros: I particularly like the balance. Of all the drivers I have tried out recently this was the only one which I could hit well after only 2-3 shots at the driving range. I used it on the course after only 20 mins on the driving range and everyone was amazed by the quality of my driving. Better accuracy and of course about 20-25 yards greater distance. I would guess I am now driving around 250-260 yards as a 10 handicap player. Can shape shots better too. Cons: As of now there is nothing I dislike. Quality: It is a titanium head head unit with a stiff flex Fujikura shaft. The quality is excellent with good finish. Looks really good and many people have commented on it and asked to see it just because of the looks. Review Summary: I would say for the player with a handicap of 12 or below who likes to shape his shots yet is looking for good feel and great consistency this is a good choice. At the price of 179.00 it is a steal. On 2003-09-11, Bob Doane rated this Cleveland Launcher 330 a 5...(2280)
Purchase: I had a cheap driver that I had purchased with a set of starter clubs and I wanted something with a little more zip to it.
I purchased the Launcher at Golf Discount for $199 Pros: I love the sound that the club makes from it's titanium shaft when you strike the ball. The "Ping" sound just sends chills up my spine. I like this club because it is very light-weight has an solid feel to it when you hit the ball. I am left handed and I would slice everyhting to the left. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to the long 43" shaft of the Launcher but it was worth the wait.
With my other driver I was the one that always had the shortest tee shots. A couple of months of using this club and now I am the only one in my foursome that is consistently hitting the fairways and putting the ball out there between 220-250 yards. It is such a great feeling. I actually enjoy playing the game again. Cons: There really isn't anything that I dislike about the club but I am anxious to try one of the new 460's. I juts can;t imagine a bigger club. Quality: I think the construction of the club has been beautifully designed and put together. The shaft is a quality shaft and that big head, what can you say about it WOW. I might think of changing the grip they are a little on the cheesy side. Review Summary: If you are looking for one club to add to your bag that will make a huge difference in the way that you play gold this is definitely it.I am consistently hitting the greens in 2 thanks to this club. Now only if I could win this putter I could lower my score on the green once I get there.
I am not usually one that will spend big money on golf clubs but for what you gain this club is by far worth every penny.
The club is well worth the money. Cleveland makes a quality product. On 2003-08-13, Joe rated this Cleveland Launcher 330 a 5...(2072)
Purchase: Needed a new driver. The Cleveland launcher was by far the best I tested.
Paid $299.00 in March of 2002. Pros: It is 15-20 yards longer than old driver.
Easy to hit. Hitting more fairways. Cons: There is nothing negative about this club.
When loking for a driver I highly recommend that you consider the Cleveland launcher. Quality: Solid construction, and very high quality. Review Summary: Give the Cleveland launcher a try out if you are looking for a new driver.
Easy to hit, and you'll add 15-20 yards to your drives.

Purchase: I got this club used at a golf store in my city. With my hieght of 6'6 i can generate swing thought unachievable by the average golfer. The launcher i got came with an upgraded ultralight stiff shaft and 9.5 degree face. Pros: As i mentioned before i can swing faster the then regular golfer. With the launcher i opened up and let the ball fly. With the laucher i could easily carry the ball 330 yards. It has a easy to hit face and when u swing it fires the ball off like a patriot missle at iraq. During my first round my playing partner said to me, "geeze its like u have held that club in your hands since you were born, its so natural and powerful just like you." Ever since i have continued to play with the laucher and have now increased my drives to 330 yards. My home course calls me white vijay singh. Cons: I have enjoyed everything that has come along with the laucher. With my longer and explosive drives i have attracted more women who want to sleep with me. I tell them i'm not a pro, i just own a laucher, but they don't listen. Quality: Amazing construction, i have not one complaint. It has the perfect pitch when u hit a perfect drive. It makes my knees shake. Review Summary: The best driver i have ever played in my life. I'm taking it to the Las vegas long drive invitational in a month. Hopefully with that light air i'll be able to hit it 400 yards. Maybe the U.S amry will call on me to hit some bombs to iraq. Purchase: At Fiddlers Green, Eugene Oregon for $150. I had a $180 credit after returning my Callaway C-4, and i liked the launcher the best out of the 10 drivers i tried out. 9.5 degree regular flex Pros: Everything! First off i hit it 30 yards farther than the C-4, and it is just as forgiving. the trajectory is excellent, and the ball just seems to jump off the club face. I like the way the club sets up to the ball and it makes an enjoyable sound. 330 CC clubhead is perfect for me, not too big, not too small Cons: Nothing worth mentioning Quality: Construction is excellent, as is quality Review Summary: This is the most fun driver i have ever hit, and i have hit plenty. With this club i have gone from driving 250 to 280 average. I trust the set up and the club and it has added load of confidence off the tee. i would recomend this club to anyone. Purchase: I received this driver as a gift. But it retailed at 500 cdn Pros: The ball exploded off the face and was straight down the fairway Cons: The stock cleveland shaft that came with the club. I found that at 65 grams it was way too light and even a stiff flex was extremely whippy. I actually had to return it to a dealer to get a new one, when the first shaft snapped at the handle after 4 drives. Quality: Review Summary: Good driver, but not at the price that cleveland asks. Purchase: I bought this club from Golf Headquarters...it was a demo club with 9.5 loft. It was listed for $215.00 but I ended up getting it for $170.00 plus taxes...which was perfect. I am a brand new golfer with only 2 months of experience...but wanted a newer driver that was more forgiving with a larger sweetspot than found on my cheap Golfpak set I got from Kmart. New irons arrived and I needed a driver to accompany them. So a demo or used driver was my goal from the start... Pros: Head squares up great during swing...sweetspot is forgiving to less than perfect shots. Stiff flex shaft reduces torque and minimizes the slices I used to get with reg flex graphite shafts of lesser quality. The ball literally launches off the club face and my fairway hits have improved from 1 out of 10 to 7outof10...
Great club...I would recommend to anyone...and at 330cc it is not an imposing size for anyone while still allowing good speedin the swing. Cons: That I could not afford a new one...or the two fairway drivers that matched it. But with any luck those will be following for a Christmas gift to myself...hahaha Quality: Top quality...the gold shaft is a bit different but the function is top notch...and while not as flashy a driver as others visually...it performs above all of them. I really like the blue sparks on the driving range when I swing the titanium driver and hit the ball...it is great for a show... Review Summary: I was originally looking at the new Cobra 350cc driver and after testing them both on range...I determined that the Cleveland Launcher offers everything the Cobra driver did in helping my tee shots and increasing my accuracy...and being it was a Cleveland, I had no worries on quality or durability. I would not hesitate to get another cleveland driver and plan on getting the fairway woods later this year. Just like my gunmetal 900 wedge...the drivers are top notch as well. Purchase: I bought it at a Golfsmith, traded in a Cobra SS and bought it. It was $299. Pros: Straight and Long. Easy to hit. I wasn't able to get the ball up in the air with the Cobra. The Launcher was instantly easier to hit with the same loft and get good trajectory. Not a huge head like some of the new 400's but I like the shape as well as the grip, shaft and sound. Very hot off the face and the ball seems to jump! Great driver and I'm going to stick with it for a long time. Their woods kick too! Highly recommended. Cons: Nothing to dislike! Quality: Excellent quality and workmanship. Great grip and shaft (Fujikura). Titanium head. Very nice head cover. Review Summary: Highly recommended for anyone at any level looking for an easy to hit driver that is very forgiving and long. On 2002-10-11, Bill Brown rated this Cleveland Launcher 330 a 5...(664)
Purchase: I'm 47 but my partner is 81. His shop let him borrow this club for a round. He couldn't hit it at all but he rarely uses a driver anyway. I said it can't be that bad and tried it out. It was a slice first shot, then a hook. After that, it was unbelievable. Everything went perfectly straight and 20 to 40 yards farther.
The pro shop wanted $300. I started checking around and figured best I could do was about $250.
My wife is a paramedic and had to stop by the firestation. Across the street is a shop that builds custome cloans. He had the club used for $190. He had a Nike cloan that they bought 50 of and were on sale with choice of shafts and lofts for $90. He swore that all the heads are made in Taiwan and the same. I tried the Nike cloan, but it didn't go any further than my King Cobra, about 200 yards.
I went back next day, and returned it. Bought the Cleveland. Got him down to $170 tax included. Just couldn't see spending $90 for something that hit the ball higher but no further. The guy it belonged to had a different shaft put in. It didn't work still so he had them put the old one back and sell it for him. Pros: I use to have a slight draw on the ball. I got tendinitis in my left elbow and now tend to fade it with the King Cobra. I got this club and it just goes straight. It also almost always goes the 200 yards I got before even on bad shots. But most of the time I'm hitting it great and it goes 220 to 240 and in the middle.
This extra distance means I can use an iron for the second shot on a par 4 instead of my 3 wood. I'm accurate with irons and not so with the 3 wood. It has helped a lot.
It is so much better that my partner, who is 81 but still shoots around 90 and me about 85, and 47 years old, has made me stay at blue tees and he moved up to whites to make it more fair. Cons: I had trouble with regular tees. I ended up having to buy long tees to tee it higher. With the bigger head you have to tee the ball higher. I think I got 65 tees for $1.75. I hate to waste them with irons, so I carry regular and long tees in my bag and pocket. Not that big of a deal but as you find tees on the tee box and stick them in your pocket, it sometimes means emptying out the new found ones or all of them to find the long one for the tee shot using the driver. Tees are cheap, so buy the club.
One other thing is sometimes on short par 4's I'm so close to the green I don't have a club that I can take a full swing with for the second shot. I'll get use to that though. Quality: Since mine had the shaft replaced with a new one then back to old, it is a little discolored around the hozzle. No big deal and doesn't seem to be any different then the brand new one I borrowed at the pro shop.
It isn't the prettiest club out there. The cover is nice though. But who really cares what it looks like, I want results. This thing gives results. Review Summary: I'd say give this club a try. It has amazed me. The King Cobra Ti was a good club but can't compare. I can't believe it got me 20 to 40 yards more. And straighter besides. I use to have a slight fade. I aim where I want it to go instead of 10 to 20 yards left to compensate for the King Cobra. It also sounds neater coming off the club.
I'm not sure why but the second shot of the first day I used it, we all saw sparks come off the clubface. Haven't seen that since but that really looks impressive. Especially since that shot went about 250. That was a problem though as I was so close to the green I couldn't take a full swing with anything else for the second shot.
The other good thing is with the extra distance, I'm not hitting out of divets where the other guys hit. I'm beyond the usual landing zone. Past the sand traps on most drives.
Now if I didn't have to putt so much. My 8 year old Ram Zebra has developed two cracks along the bottom. I didn't think it mattered, but my putting isn't as good as it used to be. My buddy got the White Hot and is sinking really long putts. I really want one of those next, since you use the putter way more than the driver.
You hit the driver about 12 times, and the putter at least 36 or 3 times as much. After seeing the 81 year old still beat me sometimes, with a low 80 score, I want a new putter. I'm really rooting for him hoping the new putter helps him shoot his age. He's got 85 and me 83 the last Sunday. If only he could hit this driver, then he could do it.

Purchase: I bought the driver at the Carramar Golf Club in Perth Western Australia. I was looking for a little edge, and it cost me $649 Aussie Dollars. Pros: What I love about the launcher is the feel. It sets up perfectly and it feels as though a mis-hit is impossible. The ball flight is much more desirable and it seems to hang in the air for much longer. I believe that the feel of the club also contributes to the distance, as I feel so confident over the ball I just want to rip it. I am consistently hitting more fairways and getting 15 more meters with less effort. Cons: Very little to dislike. Streets ahead of anything else I have hit. Quality: Sturdy construction and a slick appearance add to the appeal of the launcher. I changed the grip to a Winn soft feel grip purely for my satisfaction but the shots are exactly the same. I play on a very rough sand greens course in the wheat belt of W.A and it gets a lot of use and is holding up extremely well. Review Summary: Buy one. Just one hit from the sweet spot will convince you of the truth.
