Details: steel shaft.stiff.2* upright.
Purchase: Purchased hibore irons new at Golf Galaxy.Unsure exactly of how much I paid after I traded a set of Titleist 681 forged irons.I was just very happy to get into a set of irons that was better suited for my skill level.
Pros: When I started golfing i got fit for Cleveland TA7 irons.I shot in the high 90s low 100s.Great club for high handicapper.I was getting alittle better as time went on with little to no practice at all.Soon I started shooting in the high 80s low 90s consistently so I figured I would need better clubs for better shot shaping.I went on and purchased titleist 681 forged blades(HUGE MISTAKE FOR MY SKILL LEVEL).The game was no longer any fun for me.I was losing a club and a half easy from fairways and two to three clubs out of rough.I wanted to start having fun again so I went to Golf Galaxy to try the new HIBORE irons from Cleveland since I loved the TA7s I previously owned(Best Golf decision I have ever made).HIBORE irons are Soft as butter and sound great. The trajectory is perfect for me(Very HIGH).They are softer than TA7s,They are more forgiving than TA7s,The trajectory is higher than TA7s,The distance is farther than TA7s and I absolutly LOVED the TA7s.Thats how good these HIBORES are.I will never make the same mistake again.I will always use equipment suited for my skill level.
Cons: NOTHING AT ALL.
Quality: The HIBORE Irons are at least as good if not better than Clevelands past equiptment and thats saying alot.
Review Summary: Cleveland offers quality equiptment for some of the top players in the world all the way down to the everyday chopper like me.Thank you cleveland Golf.
