Purchase: Purchased custom fit TA-7's from Golfsmith for $499.
Pros: After demo'ing many different clubs, I finally decided on the TA-7's because they had great feel,excellent distance, and forgiving on mishits. The only thing I didn't like was the trajectory was way too high. So, instead of going with the stock shaft(sensicore release), I ordered them with the Dynamic Gold with Sensicore. Big mistake! I think the Dynamic Gold shaft was a smart choice because I've been playing those shafts for the past 10 years and have been happy with them and they have a great reputation. But combined with the Sensicore, it becomes a very heavy shaft with a very muted feel, in my opinion. I thought I would like the sensicore because it felt great on the release shaft. I've only had them a week and seem to be hitting them okay, but they just don't provide me with any feedback on the shots.

Review Summary: Bottom line is don't buy without trying it out first! If I could do it over, I would have ordered the clubs with the regular Dynamic Gold shaft.
