Purchase: Purchased the set at my local Golf store here in Chicago (Klees Golf)and paid the average cost of these second hand irons.
Pros: Classic muscle-back, weaker-lofted blades. Great look at address and the appearance of confidence in the bag.
Cons: Nothing much to dislike about these clubs. I prefer cord grips - these came with the stock Cleveland rubber grips.
Quality: Solid construction. Good quality.

Review Summary: These are the fourth set of muscle-back blades I've owned, including Titleist 690 MB, Mizuno MP-33s, and Kenneth Smith Traditionals. I prefer these types of irons over the overly-forgiving cavity backs (like having training wheels even as a grown-up) which does not offer feedback on mishits & give you no room to evaluate mistakes. I've come to the conclusion that most muscle backs, especially those from known brands, are equally constructed as far as quality. The difference, of course, is in the type of shafts they come with. I switched from S300 Dynamic to R300's, much to the chagrin of my ego. On solid hits, the ball will soar like an eagle!
