Purchase: I revcieved the Cleveland TA5 irons at Golf Galaxy in Chesterfield, Missouri. I know that they also have a website(www.golfgalaxy.com) My friend recommended these irons to me. He said they are good clubs at an affordable price. I am really glad I listened to him and whent ahead and got them. They were $299.99 plus tax.
Pros: These clubs provide me maximum forgiveness for all my off center shots, so my shots are now flying straighter and are becoming more accurate.
Cons: I think the clubs weigh to much that is the only disadvantage. If you are weak or have a slow swing I would recommeded not getting these clubs.
Quality: The Cleveland TA5's have a metal decal in the cavity area with a finish that looks very nice. The construction of the clubs is very well done. I am pleased with the grips also, as they seem to make it so I can hold the club tight with little tension in my arms.

Review Summary: If you buy these clubs your scores are likely to drop the first time you use them. The Cleveland TA5's are suitable for players of all ages and abilities and a fairly affordable price. These are the best clubs I have ever owned and will probably continue to buy more clubs from Cleveland Golf.

Purchase: I had paid 329 dollars for the set at a local shop called Golf Shack. They match any price, so i brought in a paer from rock bottom golf and they lowered it 200 dollars.i got them becasue i had Armour irons and they were very weak, and werent helping my game at all.
Pros: They are really helpfull since you can feel it alot. Also, it's very smooth in the swing and during the contact with the ball since the shaft has shock absorbing materials. It's helped me fix my hook and they hit alot farther than my old Armour set.
Cons: Nothing at all. ive only had them for 2 months, but ive gone out 13 times so far and they're awesome. Perfect in my case
Quality: it hasnt had any scars or and dents at all. Im sure it will last me for years to come.

Review Summary: These are great irons for high-mid handicapers and they boost your yardage 10-15 yards with all the accuracy needed for the green.

Purchase: I purchased from Rock Bottom Golf on ebay for $299.
Pros: The forgiveness is the best attribute of these clubs. I'm certainly hitting them with much more consistency than previous iron sets I've had. I've also had quite good luck bringing the club head back to square, and I am now hitting a slight draw with these irons, whereas before I was hitting a slice.
Cons: There does seem to be some loss of feel with these clubs.
Quality: The construction seems good, although I've only been playing with them for approximately 1 month. It may take some time to see whether they are durable, but as it stands I have confidence in their construction.

Review Summary: Very good club for the high handicapper looking to have more fun. The only caveat is that if one is looking to improve, the loss of feel won't let you know exactly what went wrong on your swing. A less forgiving iron may help you improve your game by forcing you to make quality strikes on the ball. The value is great on these, as they can be easily found for under $400.

Purchase: I bought the set (PW-3) at a golf store in San Diego back in September 2001. The sales rep threw in a Cleveland bag. I paid $400.00. I liked the way they looked.
Pros: I really enjoy playing with these irons. They allow me to better control the ball. Distance control is an added plus.
Cons: I didn't have much to complain about until my 8 iron broke at the middle of the grip area. It looked like there was rust that ate away at the shaft internal. I heard this was a common problem for sensicore shafts.

Purchase: From Leftiesonly, February 2000.
Pros: I've played these irons (2-PW) for a couple of years. They are very solid and good looking. Great for the player at any level.
Cons: N/A
Quality: Solid feel. The stock TT Release shaft works well for my game. The short irons have a stronger loft. I tend to hit them a little longer then previous irons.

Review Summary: Some say that these irons are not for low handicapers but that's not totaly true. I have fired several sub-par rounds with these sticks and have no plans of changing. The TA5's have a little more off-set then some better players like, but for me they work just great!!!
