Purchase: I bought this club through a local golfshop for about $150. Everyone's been talking about these new hybrids, rescue clubs, utility clubs... whatever you want to call them, and I've been longing to try one out. Pros: First, the look. This club is very attractive. Second, the feel. You can feel the power of this club the moment you pick it up. Third, the performance. OH MY GOD!!! This club is by far the most versatile club I've ever used. It's good from the fairway, the tee, the rough, even the sand. And it's good for a lot of distance. I'm new to the game, and I'm able to crush it 200+ yards every time, with minimal effort. Cons: Nothing so far. Quality: Very solid. I have the graphite shaft, and it feels srong. Great quality. Review Summary: This club is by far one of the best purchases I've ever made. Together with my Cleveland Launcher 460 and Cleveland Launcher 3 wood, my long game is now complete. My long irons are now obsolete.

Purchase: Got this for $149 from Golfsmith in Buckhead. Played around with the Stiff shaft steel and stock graphite and the regular steel and graphite. Opted for the stiff graphite for control out of rough and fairway. Let's face it, not going to be too aggressive over trouble from 220 out with this puppy, but I know it can do it!!! Pros: This is by far the best hybrid, in my opinion, on the market. Hit the Rescues (Not good out of rough), Heavenwoods (pickle on a stick and not consistent)and Mizuno CLK (great looking, so-so on performance).
This this is a rocket. Great off the tee box, rough, sand, YES SAND, and out of the fairway. Havent chipped with it yet, but I am sure it will be fine. Rounded leading edge gives it the additional playability that I was looking for. Play to a 5.7 USGA for those wondering. I like the Rescue, but it is just not good for my swing out of the rough and there is too much draw bias.
The Halo hits it high and it really easy to control. I have the 19* Stiff stock graphite and it fits the distance gap between my 3 wood (Callaway GBB2 16*) and my 3 iron nicely. I give up a few yards due to the shorter shaft when I compared it to my Launcher fairway 19*, but I gained a ton in accuracy due to the shorter shaft.
I may look at switching the shaft to an IRod or NV Hybrid, but for now it is working nicely. For the scratch player, you will most likley get the same shaft as your 3 iron and just use this in place of the 2. Cons: Nothing. Headcover is cool. Quality: Top notch. a real winner on their first entry here. Price is great. Review Summary: If you need to replace a long iron or fairway with something that hits it high and accurate....this is the one. Easy to hit from anywhere and the price is right!!!! Hit it outside, not on a simulator and you will be plopping down the cash.

Went to the range yesterday to practice. Took the new 9.5* driver to test it out. I hit it a lot better than I figured I would with that factory insta
