Purchase: Local golf dealership ( GolfUSA ) Amount paid: $299
Pros: "Just let the snake coil up and strike!" - - SSsssss - - This club has taken my particular course by storm. It seems that every week more and more players are putting this stick in their bags . . . and loving the results . . . much like myself. I am 17 years old - and play golf for the school. This club is absolutely amazing. The only thing I feel I can say is that I am sorry that it is impossible to compliment this club enough by mere "words" of praise. We all find the advertising gimmicks of club-makers as somewhat humorous...King Cobra can't say enough; I don't think twice about "going over the creek and wanting to get there in two." Extremely high launch angle...recent surges about the advantages of adding loft encouraged me to go ahead and get the 10.5 loft - even with the launch angle. I could not believe how much more solid I was hitting the ball. This includes distance and unprecedented confidence to just let it rip.
Cons: Headcover takes a few rounds to break in. However, I have heard that 'King Cobra' customer service is excellent...and will send a somewhat enlarged headcover for the larger units.
Quality: "Great looks" of the club are reinforced by solid construction and durability. Not only longest, most forgiving, sweetest sounding, purest driver on the market...but also best looking by far.

Review Summary: Will change the way your game is played. You will hit wedges into greens where you had previously hit 8s and 9s...and while you are setting up for the approach - a little sensation of "wow" will overwhelm you...which is always a nice accord for the confidence and the "birdies to be had!"
